No, ACET can only be used institutionally meaning it can be used for institutional internal requirement. The test used the same format and delivery as in TOEIC therefore, it can be used to predict the score before taking the real TOEIC test.
ACET does not issue a certificate. However, report cards are available and accessible immediately upon the completion of ACET test. Although when it is made available for the test taker, it depends on the school’s policy/examiner. in most case, the institution publishes separate certificate in addition to the report card.
