EDUCATOR-SIGNEDThe full assessment lifecycle · a named educator signs every result · AI assists where you switch it on

A grade you can't explainis a gradeyou can't defend.

Student appeals, quality audits, accreditation panels and the EU AI Act all ask the same question: how was this decision reached, and who made it? NUADU runs the full assessment lifecycle — author, deliver, conduct, mark, report, certify — and keeps the answer. AI prepares the evidence. A named educator decides. Every step is logged.

A clear human decision

How a result becomes final

AI helps prepare the evidence. An educator makes the decision.

AI prepares the evidence

It reviews the response against the educator’s rubric and suggests a score.

An educator reviews it

The evidence supports a change from 2 to 3, so the educator adjusts the score. Reason recorded: stronger evidence in the candidate response.

The educator signs the result

Head of Assessment approves the final decision.

A clear record is kept

Who decided, what changed, why it changed and when — all in one place.

AI where you switch it on. Logged wherever it runs.

Eight capabilities scoped to specific tasks — writing, speaking, proctoring, item analysis. Seven workflow assistants that prepare evidence for a human decision. Each is configurable per institution, supervised by a named educator, and logged end to end. Run all of them, some, or none.

Questions, answered.

No. NUADU's AI applies your rubric and surfaces evidence — borderline cases, anomalies, draft feedback. A named educator reviews, overrides if needed, and signs off. No automated decisions about a named learner. Every output is logged and reviewable on request.
Every AI output, override and approver is captured in an end-to-end audit trail. We provide a documentation pack (DPIA template, DPA template, sub-processor list) so your QA office, regulator or board can trace any decision to a named human.
EU data residency is the default; other regions on request. NUADU is GDPR-ready and aligned with FERPA expectations. The sub-processor list is provided with the DPA, and retention is configurable per tenant.
Yes. AI is modular and opt-in per capability. Each is configurable per institution, supervised by a named educator, and logged end to end. Run all of them, some, or none. Conduct integrity layers are equally configurable and supported by a DPIA template.
A simple paper/Word exam converts in up to 8 hours. A single module goes live in max 2 days. Your first full deployment takes 2–3 weeks.
Yes. SSO via SAML and OAuth, HRIS and LMS integration, and open verifiable-credential standards for certification. Where a connector doesn't exist out of the box, we work with you to scope one.
